Dr. Joy Morgan is an author, speaker coach, leadership strategist and a much sought-after international speaker. She graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Rutgers University, and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership at Regent University.

Dr. Joy is also passionate about assisting aspiring authors in writing, publishing and promoting their books and skilled in helping entrepreneurs to start, grow and scale their businesses successfully.
